Our Chefs have sourced the finest local produce from the region and surrounds and mixed it with a blend of Greek Mediterranean influenced seafood and Texas style steaks. The beef is all from Hopkins River Beef at the foot of the Grampians, with a 3 plus marble score. The local fishing fleet provide the seafood fresh daily.

To compliment each dish our chefs have worked closely together with our featured winery, Bellarine Estate, to unify amazing cuisine with their exciting range of wines. For those who prefer a beer with their meal, our featured brewery, Bellarine Brewing Company, is proud to include its ever expanding range of ales, lagers and stouts to help enhance your dining experience.
